Vertical rolls!

Today was vertical roll day.
We weren't sure what to expect, but we soon found out.
Here is what we started with.

Next, Lisa showed us how to backcomb

Then how to smooth one side and where to put the grips.

Smoothing the other side.

Now for the tricky bit! The twist!

Holding it in quickly! Get those pins!

Pin into position.
Oh the concentration! Mamoona

And viola... Well it is known as a 'French' pleat as well...

Another style to add to our portfolio!
